Because they all fit together somehow...
All liberals who ridiculed conservatives who point out the liberal bias of the media can STFU now. The JournoList crowd are scum. They plotted to destroy the lives of conservatives by trotting out the race card. They hated journalists who did not lob softballs at Obama. And they saw nothing to condemn regarding Jeremiah “God Damn America” Wright.
These “journalists” (who are actually progressive political activists) are toxic to this country. They despise America and her people. I am so happy that they are finally being exposed, but they have already done profound damage to this nation. They label good, patriotic Americans who participate in the Tea Parties as racists. (Because merely disagreeing the with the policies of the most hard left President to ever hold office is “racist”, since that President happens to be black.) I am sick of the JournoList crowd with their slander and lies. I think the Tea Party activists need to start targeting these scumbags as well as left-wing politicians.

May God protect this poor girl. The UK is in deep shit.

I pray that someone takes Breitbart up on this offer. The members of JournoList have nothing but hatred and contempt for most Americans. They are using their power in the media to destroy this country.
“Payback time?” Disgraceful.

Muslims and progressives - partners in enforcing totalitarianism. However, the leftists are the ones who are useful idiots in this case. The Muzzies will simply devour them last.
What is it about leftists and their love of violent criminals and their disdain for victims? These are the same scumbags who bray on and on about Gitmo.
If we continue to allow political correctness to prevent us from standing up for what’s right for our country, we will pay a price in freedom, civilization, and human decency that we may never get back.
Those qualities to be expected in a president were never about rhetoric; Mr. Obama had proved himself a dab hand at that on the campaign trail. They were a matter of identification with the nation and to all that binds its people together in pride and allegiance. These are feelings held deep in American hearts, unvoiced mostly, but unmistakably there and not only on the Fourth of July.
A great part of America now understands that this president’s sense of identification lies elsewhere, and is in profound ways unlike theirs. He is hard put to sound convincingly like the leader of the nation, because he is, at heart and by instinct, the voice mainly of his ideological class. He is the alien in the White House, a matter having nothing to do with delusions about his birthplace cherished by the demented fringe.
My parents, who, as mentioned, with lifesaving initiative, fled from Europe before they were murdered, arrived in a desolated and barren country, worked in orchards, barely supported themselves and, by the way, were happy with their lot. In 1947 upon hearing of the UN resolution on the partitioning of the country, they danced in the streets, even though most of the area of Israel was torn from its sovereignty. For brands who survived the fire, it was enough.
The Palestinians and Arab countries, who gained most of the area, refused to accept the UN resolution and began a war to annihilate us. Only three years had passed since the liberation of Auschwitz and again we – the Jews – faced the danger of annihilation. To our joy, 600,000 Jews were victorious over millions of armed Arabs. It appears that justice has power and strength of its own.
If only he would. It would expose Obama’s indecision and show Jindal to be a decisive Governor. Jindal waiting around for Obama’s approval makes him look weak. And believe me, when election time comes around Jindal will receive all the blame for the dithering.
This is my entry for Everybody Draw Mohammed Day. I can’t really draw, so I’m submitting this Charles Dana Gibson/Kurt Westergaard mashup I made a few years ago. I originally posted this on another blog a couple of years ago.
This is Islamic triumphalism, pure and simple.
It’s a symbol of the old rules of dhimmitude, whereby dhimmis’ churches and buildings would be, by law, restricted to be shorter than Muslims’, thereby symbolically affirming Islamic dominance. Except here, the dominance was first established by flying bomb filled with jet fuel.
In case you weren’t sure of what the symbolism was intended to be, Khan’s eager to remind you. The super-mosque — the world’s largest Temple of Murder — is set to open on the ten-year anniversary of 9/11 — September 11, 2011. […]
Someone who cared for what the dhimmi thought at all would recognize this as singularly, incandescently inappropriate.
Someone truly interested in peace and moderation would not build a temple to the religion that killed 2,996, allowing jihdis to literally — literally — dance on the unmarked, uncollected remains of their victims.
Other interesting facts about this insult: it will be called the Cordoba House (Cordoba being the capital of what was the Caliphate of Cordoba) and it will cost at least $100 million to build (no doubt Saudi [i.e. Wahabbist] money will be involved).
Shorter Mark Lilla: How dare you serfs think you can run your own lives and think for yourselves!
From Jeff G. in the comments:
By the way, I think we should send a copy of Lilla’s article to everyone in the country.
The message is clear: if you aren’t a coastal elite, he despises you. He resents your power. He curses your vote. He decries your unwillingness to join the herds he’s hoping to round up and put in pens, where he hopes he can control you.
He is angry that you are circumventing the official gatekeepers of his narrative. He is stung by your ungrateful attitude toward his intellectual largess spent on your behalf (for what else are his plans to run society but a plan to save you who are unfit to do as he from your very selves).
He loathes your associations. He sneers at your food choices. He belittles what you watch and what you read, because doing so makes you less likely to listen to him — and he is what is well and truly good for this country: a lifelong thinker who has thought enough for all of us and reached his conclusions.
And those conclusions involve his right to tell you how to live your lives.
I’m not sure his message will play in Peoria, frankly. So let’s pass it along!
Consider this post as me doing my small part.
Obama simply lucked out when this particular terrorist turned out to be incompetent. Obama continues to be unserious when it comes to national security.
